The following photos were taken in Santa Monica, CA in December 2020 and January 2021. I shot these with my Pentax K1000 and used Kodak Gold 200.
Normally Santa Monica Place (the mall) and the 3rd st Promenade would be packed during the holidays. This year there were much less people due to the pandemic, it was definitely strange walking around and hardly seeing anyone.
It was pretty weird walking around the beach as well. There are usually always tourist, bike riders and runners at the beach even in the winter. I really liked the lack of people around the area, it's something you never see around here. It was nice while it lasted.
