Setting the Grain Bed

In this video, we lift the grain in the mash tun out of the boiler. This process sets the grain bed in the mash tun. The water that is saturated with sugar is now called wort. Once we set the grain bed we are ready for the next step, called sparging. We will show you how to sparge in the next video. Stay tuned!
