The lifetime ban's vagueness is wild—how do they define "cryptocurrency industry"? Does that mean Mashinsky can't even HODL BTC personally, or touch DeFi anonymously? It exposes how regulators are swinging big but lack precision, especially with centralized fails like Celsius blurring lines between TradFi and crypto. Leaves tons of gray area for actual enforcement.
