The Victorious Ones!

DISCUSSION:

In today's world of pleasure, we must learn to cultivate the attitude of living with the end always in view. Life does not end at death, it continues into eternity. According to v. 2, who will be the truly victorious ones in this life? They were singing the song of Moses and the song of the LAMB. Note the things said about Jesus in this song. Carefully note who the Lamb is, what He does, His ways, how we are to relate to Him!

Why is it not wise to pursue success in this life without Jesus?
Think carefully and note what you learn about these:

1. The seven angels with the seven plague (v. 6)
2. The seven gold bowls full of the anger of God (v. 7)
   When the glory of the Lord appears, it is either for approval or for judgement.

See Exodus 40:30-35; 1 Kings 8:10-11 cf. Numbers 16:19-21. So, what happens when God's glory appears depends on how we relate with Him and His word.

"And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the son of God does not have life". 1 John 5:11-12.
