I have never been to Greece, but after looking at your photos, I think I would like to go there some day. Such beautiful scenery! I enjoyed reading about your adventures with the weeding, and seeing the photos. I can't imagine living where olive trees grow. Yes, organic gardening presents many challenges. I avoid using chemicals in our vegetable garden, which means we have many weeds to deal with every year.
