I am convinced there are too many people with too much time on their hands, and no moral upbringing, so they cause trouble. How about the people who tried to steal the huge hanging baskets of flowers outside the dentist's office? The baskets are now chained in place. Or people who steal a "Welcome" sign off a person's porch? Or steal Christmas decorations out of the yard? It's smaller scale thievery than hacking credit cards online, but it all shows a complete lack of character.
