Okay, I made those tacos! Except mine were Almost-Vegan Tacos, because I realized I had half a pound of ground turkey in the fridge that needed to be used up, so I browned that with the onion and garlic. I only made half a batch, because there are fewer of us. I used yellow lentils, and they were a little bit crunchy yet, but we ate it anyway. I cooked the leftovers in more water and they softened up some more. It was very good! We liked the flavor very much.
