If you are like me and spend all your energy on missions to gain Starbits, you probably see your ego growing. As your fan base grows and you complete missions your ego will naturally grow. As you rise in levels and increase you fans , skill, and luck you start to obtain more and more drunk fans making the ego rise more and more. I started being able to control my ego by purchasing a Storage trailer.
The Storage Trailer worked great by being able to store cards that have a larger fan number then skill number. If you are not familiar with the Storage Trailer it allows you to store 10 cards and not have their fans, luck, skill, and income modifier count in your totals. One of the cards I have stored is the E50 Couger Groovy vehicle. The E50 card has a increase in fans of 1,300 fans and 0 skill points which would increase my ego. Until I have increased my skill I will keep storing E50.
As I slowly completed music lessons I started to see that the need for completing more music lessons was needed. In order to rise in levels and obtain more fans, you must increase your skill. To help increase your skill you will need instruments. By increasing the number of instruments and having instruments with a higher luck number you opportunity to earn more skill point during music lessons is increased. I bought some different guitars and have also crafted 4 guitars from the custom shop. By doing so I raised the maximum skill points possible in the guitar lessons from around 20 up to 75.

So moving forward I have begun regularly completing a music lesson to grow my skill level so that I can combat the ego the I obtain from other missions. I had recently completed a "Record a Demo" mission and gained 944 drunk fans. All of a sudden my ego jumped up to around 11% from all the missions I had recently completed due to all the drunk fans I was obtaining. By increasing my skill level, I can handle the drunk fans that I obtain daily. So for everyone out there don't forget to take some music lessons as you rise in your career.
