I have been playing Rising Star for about a month now. I felt like reaching level 20 and then level 25 were two milestones I looked forward to hitting. At level 20, you are able to start to complete the instrument fairs and begin crafting instruments. You are also able to start completing the Fan Club missions, I will explain a little about those missions later. Reaching level 25 doesn't let you do as man additional missions as reaching level 20 did. However, I was excited to begin completing missions on the local gig circuit. You can move to the local gig circuit after level 20 but you can only complete the radio interview so I looked forward to being able to complete a radio studio session which requires level 25. I finally reached it! Now I can't wait to reach level 30 and be able to complete the shopping mall mission. Having more missions to be able to pick through to complete definitely helps you deal with the ego points that continue to rise as you complete missions. Being able to choose different missions throughout the day helps so one mission doesn't have the ego points skyrocket as you go through your day.
CRAFTING
Here are two guitars that I was able to craft after completing 13 Guitar Fairs. Once you are able to start completing Guitar Fairs you are awarded one guitar part per completion. The instruments Fairs do cost you 1,000 Starbits to complete. You need a guitar body, strings, machine head, and pickup in order to complete the crafting and mint a new guitar. The rewards for each fair are random so you may complete two fairs in a row and both may give you guitar bodies, or two of something else, hopefully you are lucky and get two different parts. Depending on what parts you get also changes the guitar you are able to craft. So here are my two guitars after 13 Guitar Fairs that I was able to complete.

FAN CLUB
The Fan club is reached after level 20 as well. To complete a Fan Club mission it will cost you a little bit of Starpro. After completing my first mission I obtained this card.
Then after completing 5 Fan Club missions I received Dorris.
My next Fan Club reward is FC3 George and I am a ways from obtaining him since he requires 15 completed missions but I look forward to reaching 15 missions.
