Yeah, Austin has lost much of its luster. I'm hoping it gets it back! I feel some sadness that you couldn't experience my favorite restaurants (because they are now closed), which I believe you would love! Same goes for all the "hippy" activities like drum circles, acroyoga gathers in parks, and ecstatic dance at various venues and days of the week. All impacted by the plandemic and time of year weather.

Same goes for the many festivals that tend to happen during Spring, Summer, and Fall. Then there are all the water features of this area (springs, rivers, and lakes) for swimming, boating, hiking around, etc.

IF I stick around and IF some of those things return/re-open, I hope you come visit again, Kenny! I heard Utah, Idaho, and Colorado are pretty cool :-)
