Reward Change Adoption Proposal

After being alerted to this new proposal by @uyobong to this proposal I had to add my vote weight to the YES campaign. @patrickulrich has put forward the following sports-gov proposal in this post: https://www.sportstalksocial.com/hive-101690/@patrickulrich/proposal-to-adopt-rewards-change-for-sports

In a nutshell the proposal is this:

I would like to propose that SPORTS adopt this same implementation and begin burning 50% of author rewards from posts that do not originate from the SportsTalkSocial.com application. Curation rewards are unaffected by this change and still earn the same amount.

Benefits to SPORTS
The biggest benefit for token holders will be the added number of tokens that get burnt from circulation. Since any post that doesn't come from our site will automatically burn 50% of their SPORTS rewards there will automatically be a lot more SPORTS being burnt. Not only that but when advertising is solved for the site it will help drive additional eyeballs to increase the benefits of advertising.

So this will encourage users to use the Sportstalk front end and reduce the rewards received by those thousands of Actifit posts that grace the blog everyday. It is difficult to look through all the Actifit posts to actually find the real sports posts which is causing a real headache and stopping this tribe from moving forward in a meaningful way. Hopefully this proposal gets over the line and is adopted and implemented.
