As long as Inverter ang aircon, ok yun. I think Midea is a decent brand. Aircon installations can also be tricky.

As for the TV, modern TVs nowadays are flimsy. Most sensitive are the panels. If it gets short-circuited (voltage fluctuations, moist), it will lead to buying a new one. My brother won a 50" TCL TV but it only lasted for a few years until it conked out.
