I was telling this to someone the other day that it is not as if, you open everything and let people die. If people die you lose human resource. Human resources will also be scared to work with each other. And if you lose human resource you still lose money.
In a nutshell if you take it seriously and act - you don't save money but save lives.
If you take it lightly - you lose both money and lives.

Good to know there is already a study around this topic.
