I think he wants to communicate more frequently. I know the community asks him to communicate. One problem is his rep. In his last article, he received enough large votes to no longer have a negative rep. However, someone nuked his account again, and now it's negative once more.

Personally, I would love the parties responsible to explain their actions. However, on Hive, there is no such obligation. The stigma and drama of the DV continue as a result.
