Not engaging on posts where engagement is a part of the behaviors. Certainly a...bizarre and challenging requirements. Eh..he...apologies for going there. I've been there all week and am glad I can relax a bit.

The merit system you proposed is...different. Not wrong or misplaced. I don't know if something like that exists on this blockchain in rubric format. It's like the feeling you get when you see something new and know things will change.

My job and school use rubrics. One thing I'm used to seeing is a more detailed explanation of what the standards require. For instance, if the grade of title/click worthiness is a 3, could you provide an example of it and the other grades?

The only negative I have to give for your rubric is recommending restricting grading levels to only what you have listed as criteria. For example, if you feel a post is beyond the next level of informative, you may feel inclined to give it a grade of 6, maybe even 10. The person would appreciate it, but it would also be irrelevant according to your criteria. If you one day hope to grade someone at a 10, then you should include it in your metric.

It's definitely changing my perspective on how and what to write.
