Japanese guilds are special.
There are many players who could belong to a stronger guild.
I have been scouted by higher ranked guilds including mine, but I have turned them all down.
I think it is the same for ⚔️Earnest Samurai JPN⚔️.
Behind such a guild, we need to have measures to make people feel happy to belong to this guild.
One of those measures is our intra-guild tournaments!
日本のギルドは特殊です。
もっと強いギルドに所属していてもいいような選手が沢山いる。
僕も含めランクが上のギルドにスカウトされますが、みんな全て断っています。
それは⚔️Earnest Samurai JPN⚔️も同様ではないでしょうか。
そんなギルドの裏にはこのギルドに所属していてよかったと思える施策が必要だ。
その施策の一つが我々のギルド内トーナメントというわけです！！
