In this post I visit the "SKYWALK" viewing platform in the Bavarian Forest near Arnbruck.
In diesem Post besuche ich die Aussichtsplattform "SKYWALK" im Bayerischen Wald bei Arnbruck.
The beautifully located SKYWALK viewing platform offers an incredible view of the Zellertal. If the visibility is good, you can even see the Alps on the horizon! On the platform you are about 30 meters high above the trees. During my visit, however, the view was very limited and I will spare you long-distance pictures of the valley.
Die traumhaft gelegene Aussichtsplattform SKYWALK bietet einen unglaublichen Blick ins Zellertal. Wenn die Fernsicht gut ist, erkennt man sogar die Alpen am Horizont! Auf der Platform befindet man sich etwa 30 Meter hoch über den Bäumen. Bei meinem Besuch war allerdings die Sicht sehr eingeschränkt und Fernbilder ins Tal erspare ich euch.
The hike from the Eck parking lot takes about 10 minutes and is well signposted. I was there after 2 hours and spent my time with photography. I show the result here. In the next post we see the pictures from the way back, all of which were taken in macro mode.
Die Wanderung vom Parkplatz Eck dauert etwa 10 MInuten und ist gut beschildert. Ich war dann nach 2 Stunden dort und habe meine Zeit mit fotographieren verbracht. Das Ergebnis zeige ich hier. Im nächsten Post sehen wir dann die Bilder vom Rückweg die alle im Makromodus entstanden sind.
Large stones and trees that cling to them are a welcome motif, as they show the forces of nature and give courage for our worldly existence.
Große Steine und Bäume die sich daran festhalten sind mit ein willkommenes Motiv, zeigen sie doch die Kräfte der Natur und geben Mut für unser weltliches Dasein.
