- you play to fast, try to have the same time as your opponent, so you will see more hanging pieces
- you play better than your rating, because of 1.
- loosing against a opponent with 1000 points more is often done in 10 moves, you hold on to 25-30, that is realy good!
- analyse the games and find the bad moves, then try to find better ones, on lichess it is an implemented feature
- training games with minimum of 5+3 time control, better 10+5, and then hold on to 1.
- this will give you soon a rating of 1450 or more
