I have looked to the games and can not find any cheating in it. From my perspective I can say that I seldom realiese the time left in the tournament and this time it seams to be an unhappy outcome.
At the Friday Tournament I was "cheated" the same way by stayout, but it was in the rules and I have nothing to complain about it, it was a shock to see my good result dropping in the last second but that is the game of the arena.
For the future I am looking forward to see more fair play as we did for 4 years now! You may count the bad things in one hand and therefore is no reason to change anything.
And for the finish, look to a lot of games between the stronger players, they often play on with lots of material difference just to look out for tricks and mistakes. If I have an advantage over a stronger player he never resigns and kills me later in the game by a stupid mistake.
