Good Vibes Sports Talk Social Fam! I got in a whopping 2 miles over the last couple days of exercise but decided to clean off the most tortuous of equipment I have.....resistance bands. Some groovy new people have joined and some steadfast content creators have kept dropping some blogging gold. This initiative is to be a positive and welcoming curation project to provide some inspiration along with all that perspiration!

As always, some names will be familiar and some not and it is my hope to find some rather hidden gems for those looking for some cool new peeps to follow in the tribe. Here are some Curated "Nom Noms" from the STS Fam to highlight today.

✌️ @underground (The Legend, the Juggernaut, the one and only Undy got sweet talked into joining with promise of adventure and piratey booty!)

🎳 @atese (An interesting read on Actfit/STS on some rather deep religious matters as well as keeping the mind and body in a good state of affairs, deep stuff)
