Look at this graph below. This is baffling to me. Wednesday saw a drop of roughly 1.4% so, yeah. Things are still pumping otherwise
Number can't just go up forever
(though it feels like it lol)
As you can see in the graph above the market is on quite a run. That streak back in the early aughts is mind blowing though.
2% ain't that big of a move
Looking at the daily chart of the S&P you can see the last two red candles. Between the two of them we saw a move that marked 2%!!!! It doesn't even look like any kind of dip either.
We shall see what the rest of the week brings. Still wild how often the market goes up.
