A lot of things went down in 2019 that were both good and bad across the entire crypto space. For us steemians the ever declining price of steem certainly falls into one of the bad categories.
However, the blockchain grew depsite that. And the future is looking pretty bright so break out those shades.
- Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs) on steem-engine
- Smart Media Tokens (SMTs)
- Tribes (such as SteemLeo)
These are all positives for steem and the steem blockchain.
Crypto continues to grow and where that growth comes from is anyone's guess. BUT it will happen one way or another regardless of which blockchain it is.
Should be another interesting year!
