Sprucing up another property up north. Here are a few pictures of what we are working with before we get the new look laid down.
We took the old linoleum floor off in the kitchen. You have no idea how much of a bitch that can be getting the underlayment off. It's basically glued on the floor.
We are gonna lay down some vinyl plank and repaint the whole thing.
There was lime green glass tile in the whole bathroom! We scrapped it from the ceilings and wall. Had to re-texture the whole walls and are laying down some paint and re-tiling the vanity.
I will post some after pictures when it's all done. We are about 75% of the way there!
