Pride beats the soul and spirit of man and certainly the story of Nebuchadnezzar is an example of the pride and broken pride of a king who believed that his power could be above God but God showed him that he was the almighty and gave its power to whom He wanted and established it as He would because everything we have and come to acquire comes from God and He gives them to us according to His will.
