"God wants you to be destined to be a militant of your kingdom, stop fighting with your insecurities and fears, believe and walk in the freedom and certainty that God has given you." That is God's intention for us. He gave us freedom to serve him without fear with the certainty that his promise is fulfilled in those who believe him.
