A spiritual leader must be a person who has a strong conviction of God, especially in the apredication of Christ
The church needs leaders. And not precisely to direct the services, to entrust the "biblical exercises" or to remember the events of the Ministry of Women. The church needs guides, models, examples; people who show the way and who, as Paul said, are irreproachable, of good testimony, full of the Holy Spirit and wise....
