Paul's command to "Pray without ceasing," can be very confusing. Obviously, it can not mean that we should be in a tilted head position and closed eyes throughout the day. Paul does not mean to talk nonstop, but to an attitude of God consciousness, and surrender to God that we carry with us all the time.
