Last week was fun !
Portfolio dropped by about 20%.
Took funds from my Staking / HODL account to "Buy The Dip". Drip fed into a few currencies over a few days (mainly ALGO, ATOM, XLM, and HARD). Watched as they recoved and I made a profit from "buying the dip".
Funds now back into Staking / HODL (mainly tethered coins with an APR return - better interest than a bank, but reasonable secure and non-volatile)
My main trading account is now a little (2-3%) healthier than before the dip occured.
I like the manual searching, planning, and "adrenaline" action you get on the dips. When it's "normal" again I usually let bots do the work for a few %'age points returns and it's not as much fun as I'm not as involved or invested in the process.
Then again, my heart likes "normal" as it tends to pump a bit more during the "dips" and I am no spring chicken anymore.
