I would love to see a Crypto Visa Card (but better not get CVC confused with the cvc on the card! lol)

I don't know if this is how it would work, but I would love to be able to have a "base" crypto currency whereby any fiat purchases in any country would be taken against. e.g. if you pay £3 or $5 for a coffee in starbucks, Visa would automatically convert it to XXX.XX BTC (or BCH, ETH, HIVE, etc) on your account as payment. You would then either have a positive balance, or pay monthly, in your base crypto.

Please shout out if this isn't how it really works and I have the wrong end of the stick.
