Christmas is nearing and as we all know, the birth of Jesus tells us the tale of the three wise men. So, is this about the story of wise men? No.
Wise men were wise because they had wisdom and lived life accordingly. In today's times, people experience a lack of tranquility or peace.
Instant gratification and the fast pace of technology have made the ordinary human just another member of the rat race. Where then can they find peace?
"I want peace" - Remove the I and the want and you have peace. The desires do not decrease and each 'want' in the journey of life is accompanied by dissatisfaction and anger and frustration and then peace becomes absent.
What is peace?
Peace is the state of contentment and lack of any negative emotional turmoil that disturbs the mind and thought process. Peace is absent when the body, mind, and soul are agitated. When the mind is agitated, clarity of thought is absent, the words are blurted out without thought and the voice is loud resulting in chaos.
How to live in a peaceful state?
Many people might think that they do not lead a peaceful life and they lack many things but just try living with some people who are constantly trying to prove something by talking in a vehement manner and are abusive even without realizing it. When such people are around, you will feel like running in the opposite direction with your ears closed.
Peace and quiet in the environment are necessary for a person to live life normally. Otherwise, it will be hard to have a happy life. The difference between a happy state and an unhappy state can be known only if one experiences it.
Wisdom is something that cannot be bought. It comes from being observant, less judgemental, experienced, and knowledgeable about worldly matters.
Being a wise person is a blessing indeed because it takes a lot to be on a level above the average human and not many can achieve that level.
So, to achieve peace, try to be less impulsive and quieter.

These words may seem vague or unfamiliar but for those who have experienced life's journey, all these would mean a lot, and even if the events now may seem vague and like scattered dots, as time goes on, everything will become clear. The jigsaw puzzle will reveal itself.
Wishing you all happiness, peace, and prosperity.
