Hello there, @saydie here setting my HIVE Goals for the year 2023.
A little background about me, I am playing the game Splinterlands which is an NFT- based trading card game which is running on the Hive Blockchain and because of that, I've learned about HIVE and started to create Splinterlands blog post to earn crypto which I use to cover my card rentals and occasionally buy cards and packs.
Now that a new year has started, I want to set my goals for my content creation on Hive which includes exploring other communities which is lined with my hobbies and interest then create contents that those communities will be interested. Some of the communities that I have on mind are:
As a blockchain game that runs on Hive, Splinterlands has created a wonderful community that shares their game ideas and battle strategies. They had this Weekly Social Media and Battle Challenge who's goal is to encourage players to make contents to advertise the game to potential new players and there will be a curation team that will upvote the post so players can earn crypto and grow their accounts.
On this community, I usually post card reviews, battle strategies and crypto earnings but this year, I want to try to make content about Splinterlands third party tools, Game Tokenomics and Proposals.
Before gaming, my no. 1 hobby is watching TV Series and Movies, Anime in particular and because of that, this has been on my radar ever since last year and I tried to make contents on this community but I wasn't able to finish them to to work commitments. This time, I will try to make post on it.
This is a community for games in general that is why I can also post Splinterlands content here but I want to create blogs on Web 2 games that I am playing.
This is probably the one that I can start right away as there is this project called #threetunetuesday by @ablaze where every week, people shares 3 songs to the community and which is done every Tuesday.
Well, this was introduced to me by a fellow Splinterlands player @shawnnft as he also makes restaurant and food reviews. Since I also goes out to eat sometimes, I want to try this community and if I find the time, I might also cook or baked something.
This is a community for diverse selection of content so wherever I am unsure where to place my content, I will probably use this community.
Last year, I have made a total of 180 published post which I have broken down below.
| Month | Published Post |
|---|---|
| April | 1 |
| June | 15 |
| August | 22 |
| September | 44 |
| October | 46 |
| November | 33 |
| December | 19 |
As you can see there are months that I have published more than 30 post while there are also months with lesser post. I even completed 10 weeks of Weekly Author and 1 month of Monthly Author. My secondary goal for this year is to be able to post daily which is at the same time have a certain amount of quality regardless of whether it gets upvoted or not. At the same time, this actions will allow me to collect badges through HiveBuzz which gamified interactions on Hive Blockchain. This also gets you points that will increase your reputation. Currently, I have a reputation of 64.79 and as your reputation increase, the harder it gets to level up so I also set up a goal on this to reach the reputation of 70 on the first half of the year.
The year 2022 despite the problems that happens around the crypto space lets me be introduced to HIVE and blogging. With the new year on us, I set my goals to be more productive on creating content. Things can happen outside of my expectations but setting up a goal allows me to have a path to walk to reach them.
