How can light hurt your eyes? I thought your eyes and brain can't feel pain. But then if your brain can’t hurt, how can you have a headache? How can I be over 60 and still have more questions than a six-year-old? Why do I have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night? The web is crawling with brain-training exercises; where are the bladder-training exercises? But at least there's a silver lining to having to get up out of a warm bed in the middle of the night.
