In Odoo, start by enabling the necessary options: go to Sales → Configuration → Settings, then check Discounts, Loyalty & Gift Cards. This allows you to create loyalty programs and manage discounts directly within the system.
Creating the Standard Loyalty Program
Go to Sales → Products → Discounts & Loyalty, then create a Loyalty Card type program. Define that 1 dinar spent earns 3 loyalty points. Name the unit "Loyalty Points" and configure the conversion: 300 points = 10 dinar voucher.Managing Vouchers
Create a "10 DT Voucher" product in Odoo, with a price of 10 DT and a specific accounting category. When a customer reaches 300 points, the voucher can be applied as a discount on a sale. This voucher must be recorded as a trade discount (account 709).
