I think that from a monetary point of view, fewer workers (working more hours) require less costs than more workers (working fewer hours) because of fewer people to equip and manage (and fewer costs if there is no overtime additional multiplier, much fewer if the overtime pay is the same as the normal hourly pay, and even fewer if there is overtime work but no overtime pay, and so on). 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯🤯🤯
