I saw a few people on Hive with high amounts of Hive Power say that the maximum amount of outgoing HP delegations should be less than 30% of owned HP, though many others (including a few Hive Whales) say that it's up to the owner of the Hive account how to use its (liquid and staked) tokens. 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯
