You don't need to be actually doing an activity to learn from it. 🧘‍♂️ While resting, you can learn by watching educational videos and/or reading books and articles about sports. 🤓 I know that's less fun than by actually doing sports activities, but at least you would learn to make sports more fun by the time you are able to come back to it. 😏 !LOL !CTP
