I just noticed yesterday (UTC) that the APR for HBD in Savings has gone down to 12%. 🤔 That's when @savvytester told me that they noticed that their APR on their sHBD on their #Magi account went down to 12%, such that they immediately checked the primary Hive blockchain's HBD Savings APR immediately after. 😅
