I have some questions I would like answered. 😅

1. Does the Hive Power matter when computing for the Reputation increase on receiving an upvote (or decrease from downvote) from somebody?
2. What is the "reset account" (as listed on HiveBlocks, which defaults to "null")?

I posted about my questions here, but it looked like anyone who saw that didn't have an answer in mind. 😐
