Thanks for your long explanation (again).

I think I would just stick with the general idea that dustbunny@dustbunny would prioritize sweeping fluffing votes from users which have delegated more to dustbunny@dustbunny, get less swept fluffed incoming votes, and don't vote own posts/comments.
