All or banks, all our credit agencies that recently stopped rating Evergrande... All of them were gonna do it til China wouldn't bail out the ponzi that EVERYONE got fat off since the 2008 collapse in the West. UK, US, EU, they're all in on this by proxy and places like the Caymans and shell corps. Everyone knows everyone behind closed doors.
