This morning I was woken up by birds chirping. As I laid in my bed I thought it was nice to hear all the lil birds go crazy for their morning worm. I also thought of times when I would wake up too early and think god can these birds give it a rest.
As I personally get deeper into staying at home, I'm getting into a better flow of things. Mornings is usually writing and reading of articles, some music or maybe a podcast. I think I'm less and less in present shock and just dip my toe into the pandemic crisis water.
I hope everyone is staying safe and leaning into this situation. Stop and listen to the birds, stretch and take your time, cook, read, write, play around with some art and go within.
