Original Hipster: Wes Anderson

Wes Anderson is one of my favorite film directors. I'm a huge fan of all of his movies. They have a particular style and feel about them that is unique and almost immediately recognizable. Based on the directors style and imagination, I believe that he is responsible for a lot of fashion trends over the years and he possibly gave birth to the fashion trends that I would would consider modern hipster.

Wes Anderson himself is basically the original hipster.

His films characters all have a particular look about them that I personally find extremely interesting and creative which adds to the overall enjoyment of watching his movies.

His new movie "Isle of Dogs" (trailer below) came out recently which is an animated movie much like "Fantastic Mr. Fox."

Wes Anderson movies don't come out often so I'm pretty excited about the release of another one. I haven't seen it yet but hope to see it in theaters this weekend. Has anyone seen it yet?
