Professions which rely on humans to do the actual work due to ethics. While technically a computer could do the work of an attorney by looking up the laws and finding the black and white in situations; The gray is a much more difficult area to diagnose. The attorney is required to think outside of the box and sometimes we need legal representation. I personally believe that professions such as consultants also will never be replaced due to the fact that while it is possible to program a large database to hold all the right answers, but you need the experience of someone who is very learned in their subject to ask the right questions.
