Do you have any legal interpretations of how creating tokens or NFTs with your help looks in the context of EU directives? I'd like to use two of my own tokens in the game I'm creating on the Hive blockchain and offer claming NFT items. However, I'm concerned about the legal obligations, especially since it's a small project with a small budget.
