Happy birthday. You must be thinking, why the hell she decided to write a public letter. Well that’s because I am simply following a tradition set by none other but the mighty and annoying Medusa.
The reason I decided to give you a letter on your birthday is, I don’t have any other materialistic gifts for you. To me, words hold more value than any other things and in such occasion like the day your sorry ass decided to land the shit hole earth, what can be better suitable than giving you the things that I mostly value and cherish.
Now, not gonna lie, the first time you were introduced in hive, I was rather skeptical of how you might turn out, would you enter the list of my annoying girls category or would you be someone who can be awesome. Now, I already had a fair share of people in my life and to be honest, I wasn’t interested to get to know anyone new, anytime soon.
The day when we finally met in person in that restaurant, I was already dying of a massive headache, the physical pain was proven to be a burden and that’s why I didn’t even look at your face let alone start a conversation. I was still very reserved about the whole concept of getting to know you, even though you are by logic my aunt :v
Well, things suddenly took a left turn by that one incident that happened on the first night of Cox's bazar tour. We were all hanging out in the boys villa, and out of exhaustion of not sleeping for 24 hours, having to go through a 9 hours journey and That other thing I was on the verge of passing out.
In such a dire situation, out of everyone, you managed to notice the struggle and without hesitating a bit, even though you just met me 24 hours ago, guided my head to rest on your lap. And man that simple gesture of kindness just blew all my doubts away. I can’t even tell you how happy I was by that simple gesture of yours.
Since then, the more I got to know you, the more I learned how pure and kind hearted soul you have. A rare thing to witness now a days. You are too pure for this world man, too kind to the point where I feel the need to protect you from all the things that can give a scar of being ruined.
So, on your birthday, my wish for you is to be able to keep that kind soul intact. Life is a bitch and no matter what we do, it never fails to beat the shit out of us from time to time. But at least for you, I hope life decides to choose a less rocky road.
You see how awesome I am, still wishing such nice things for you while you tried to kill me in the process of helping to cross the road :v
