The strength of sand and stone
The reason for the pleasure and relaxation, the almost bliss you feel while on the beach, lies under your towel or deck chair. Ancient peoples who lived near the sea, rivers and lakes knew the strength of the coast, and in times of trouble practiced long walks, walking barefoot on sandy and pebbly beaches.

Except for the feet becoming smooth, the restlessness in the soul would disappear. Modern psychotherapists have proven that direct contact of the body with soil around water acts as a sedative. Just sit on the beach for 10 minutes, barefoot or fists clinging to the floor and feel the anxiety disappear. And sanding up to the door, which is one of our favorite children's beach parties, is very healing.

In addition to helping with burns, it is beneficial for the skin in every sense, cleanses pores and cools, also draws out negative energy and soothes nervousness. Find a quiet corner on a sandy beach in the shade, cover yourself with sand as a blanket, and try to sleep or fantasize with your eyes closed for 30 minutes in silence. Afterwards, you will feel rested, as if you have slept all night, full of energy and optimism. This recipe was used by the Ancient Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans, who argued that sandblasting also helps to clear our minds and make our problems clearer.
