i am not sure how musing.io voting works, but from what i can see it depends on your post and the quality of its content as base factor.

they divide the vote between all the posts that happen every 2.5 hours just like voting bots. so if in a given time period they pick 10 quality posts to upvote since their last upvote they would divide it between those posts.

the vote division is not equal as it depends on quality of content and the existing answers too. i have noticed that the new questions or those which have not been answered tend to get higher vote in comparison.

In theory it maybe possible to get a full power vote from musing.io but i dont think it is practical to go with that assumption. if there is only one post during a time period then it is possible.

The max vote i have seen by musing.io is 20%
