Hello everyone, today I want to recommend a very good manga.

Demon Slayer is one of those series that completely hooks you from the very first episode. The story follows Tanjiro; one thing I like is that Tanjiro is not the typical perfect protagonist: he struggles, he falls a thousand times, and he keeps going because he truly has a motive. A boy who goes through a horrible tragedy and ends up getting involved in a world full of demons, intense fights, and characters that make you grow fond of them too quickly. Something I love is that everything progresses quickly, with no filler episodes, and each season feels distinct yet just as thrilling.

Visually, it is stunning. The animation is incredibly beautiful, especially in the battles; it constantly feels like you are watching a movie. Additionally, the characters have super distinguishable personalities, so it's easy to get attached to them or get despair by them.

The secondary characters also help a lot: each one has their marked personality, their traumas, and their history of the reasons that motivated and drove them to become demon slayers.

The series mixes action, drama, and humor without feeling forced. They have also released several movies that connect with the main story, and although they are part of the canon, they can be watched without getting lost because they continue directly from the series.

Seasons and movies

Season 1: 26 episodes

Movie: Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Mugen Train.

Season 2: 18 episodes (7 from the Mugen Train Arc and 11 from the Entertainment District Arc).

Season 3: 11 episodes (Blacksmith Village Arc).

Season 4: 8 episodes (Hashira Training Arc)

If, after watching the anime, you want to continue the original story, the complete manga by Koyoharu Gotouge is available. Everything is complete there, without waiting for the movies.

Demon Slayer is a series that is very much worth it if you like stories with excitement, incredible fights, and great characters. You don't need to be a huge anime fan to enjoy it; it is one of those series that anyone can watch and end up recommending, just like I am.
