This is a question I battle to answer, as everyone has such a different idea of what Hive should be, and as a result, a Hivian should be. That's the huge difference that exists between a decentralized and centralized platform. Rewards are always a touchy subject due to upvoting syndicates. However, for the most part, I believe it works well. For me, being a Hivian is about being able to share my knowledge, insights, and engaging with the community. If I can earn some Crypto at the same time, great!
