NEW RULES FOR @playdice MORE CHANCES TO WIN!

New rules: Easier to qualify for dice roll, now the upvote value to qualify for a roll is now 0.005, down from 0.01.

STEEM BASIC INCOME SHARES FOR LOYAL PLAYERS, every week steem basic income shares will be raffled off, the way it works is you get an entry for every @playdice post you upvote, however the people that lose more will get more chances to win, for example if I up vote 8 @playdice posts and win 4, I would get only 4 entries into the steem basic income drawing. (This is my understanding right now could change or be flat wrong)
